How to Slim Thighs

1. Slide your legs on a foam roller

This exercise is for cellulite. Buy a roll foam from Wal-Mart or your local sporting goods store. It will cost less than $ 10. Put it on the floor at home. While you are in shorts, push and pull the legs the width of the foam roller while sitting down. You are using the gravity and the weight of your legs to press the foam roller … help smooth cellulite.

2. Do walk backwards

Walking backwards is more emphasis on the glutes and hamstrings (back of legs). It is a great way to work the legs of a low-impact way. Do not know who is overweight and how out of shape they are, but know that most people who are 30 pounds overweight + no can control the intensity of a lot of cardio exercises like running or jogging. Even if they could, your ligaments and joints are stressed to the extra pounds makes for many of the injuries. So to avoid those things and keep walking backwards.

Are these trips for a total of 15-20 minutes a day, four days a week. Obviously, that does not look ridiculous, you should use a treadmill. This is the form of thin thighs and reduce cellulite without risk of injury and without exaggerating.

What is the most effective way to reduce cellulite?

Does anyone know the most effective way to reduce cellulite? I mean what I can gather from cvs product or sephora, no surgical or anything like that. i don "t have cellulite too bad, but I would like the top of the back of my legs were a little tighter … thanks! include the prices of products if you know them?
